great location but some issues
The room was spacious and had a comfortable layout, making it perfect for my family's needs. The staff members were welcoming and attentive, which added a nice touch to our stay. The convenience of nearby dining options like a cute breakfast café made mornings easier, particularly with children in tow.

Delicious and fresh breakfast buffet.
Unfortunately, I had several issues during my stay. The air conditioning in my room malfunctioned. I accidentally turned on the heat which led to an awful smell. This was exacerbated by the discomfort of the beds, as I woke up with a backache each morning. The pillows provided little support and really hindered my ability to sleep well.

The location was great, with good restaurants nearby. We visited the local mall and enjoyed some outdoor activities. The rooms were spacious and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Definitely recommend it for groups looking to have a good time.
However, I noticed an unexplained charge on my credit card, and I didn't receive my receipt via email, which was frustrating.

Just stayed in the King Room, and the bed was super comfy, which was a huge plus after a long day. The mini fridge actually got cold, so we could keep our drinks nice. But the room had a weird smell that wasn't great and some noise from the hallway was annoying. Overall, a mixed experience with the room vibe.

Check-in was quick and Sandy at the front desk made me feel welcome right away. The room temperature felt just right, and I appreciated the offer of extra points instead of daily housekeeping. Breakfast options were solid, and I loved the snacks available in the lobby. The location was a huge plus, with Starbucks nearby and plenty of dining options. However, the elevators had some issues, which was inconvenient. The indoor pool temperature felt a bit chilly for my liking, making it less enjoyable. Also, the noise from the hallway occasionally disrupted my sleep, which was frustrating. Overall, the stay was pleasant with notable room for improvement.
